It seems that I always have something new to explore.

I’m a technology executive who has had success with agile and scrum. I started with this sort of thing back in 2002 by running projects using XP in the banking industry. I have found that the agile principals of empirical process control are essential to making team productive and it’s the only way to reliably deliver value for your customer. I worry that there’s too much focus on specific techniques without being intentional about the core principals of agile.

Getting around by cycling is how I prefer to go. For long trips my Bachetta Corsa is how I roll. For shorter trips or travel, my six speed Brompton is the ideal set of wheels. And, when I’m not a big enough engine, my BMW 1994 R1100RSL is my first choice of ways to ride.
